Preparations for the 13th International Folk Inspirations Festival have started. This year’s 13th edition will take place in Łódź on 26.06. – 02.07.2023.
During the seven festival days, we will host artists from thirteen countries around the world. Traditional European, American, Asian and African rhythms and melodies will resound on many stages, streets, squares, backyards and passages in Łódź.
The main activity of the 13th edition of the festival will be the production of a film reportage in various spaces of the revitalized Łódź. In this way, we will celebrate the 600th anniversary of Łódź, recording artists who will dance, sing and make music together with the city’s inhabitants in historical places and in revitalized backyards and city woonerfs.
As always, there will be the Golden Boat competition. We invite you to participate in each of the eight categories if you want to go on this extraordinary folk journey.
